Please read carefully, as this pertains to the Agreement of your registration in the Dream Audience on Autopilot Program.

By purchasing this program, you agree to the following terms.

You understand that you can contact Luan Jardine (owner and creator of program) at hello@luanjardine.com to answer any questions or to explain this Agreement.

The period of this Agreement begins on the date of purchase and ends upon completion of the Dream Audience on Autopilot program.

PAYMENTS
It is understood that this is not a month-to-month membership program with the option to cancel further monthly payments.

PAYMENT PLANS
If you chose to split the cost into multiple payments, monthly automatic credit card billing is required. After the initial payment, subsequent payments are automatically debited from your account every 30 days until the full amount is received.

THE DAA COURSE
The course is set to drip weekly modules unless otherwise requested. You will have lifetime access to all the course content as long as your account is in good standing.

PAYMENT METHODS
In the event your credit card is declined, we will inform you via email and ask that you place your order again with a new card. Your credit card will be charged on the day you place your order for goods or services.

TRANSFERS AND SUBSTITUTIONS
You may not transfer to another program nor substitute another person in your place.

WITHDRAWALS & REFUNDS
We are happy to offer you a refund within 7 days of purchasing the Dream Audience on Autopilot Program. However, if you choose to withdraw from the program after the initial risk-free 7-day period for any reason, your membership fee will not be refunded in full or in part. If your tuition is being paid by a payment plan, the full amount becomes immediately due and payable.

USE OF RECORDINGS
Please note that group coaching, 1:1 coaching and masterclasses may be recorded and portions of these recordings may be used in the future for business and promotional materials or in conjunction with the sale of any products or services unless you specifically request otherwise. If you would like to make such a request, please send an email to hello@luanjardine.com.

EARNINGS DISCLAIMER
Any earnings or income statements, or earnings or income examples, are only estimates of what we think you could earn. There is no assurance you'll do as well as clients, customers, or students mentioned on the website or featured in testimonials.

Users of our products, services and website are advised to do their own due diligence when it comes to making business decisions. You agree that Dream Audience on Autopilot and Luan Jardine are not responsible for the success or failure of your business decisions relating to any information presented by our company, website, products or services.

ACCESS TO PROGRAM MATERIALS AND COMMUNITY
While you will have lifetime access to the course content (as long as your account is in good standing), you will have 5 month access to the community and coaching calls unless otherwise noted. If you request to continue your membership after 5 months, a separate fee and agreement will apply.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
By purchasing the Dream Audience on Autopilot Program, you accept, agree and understand that you are fully responsible for your progress and results.

You fully understand that results experienced by individuals may vary significantly.

Any statements outlined on our websites, programs, content and offerings are simply our opinion and thus are not guarantees or promises of actual performance. We offer no professional legal, medical, psychological or financial advice.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree that all content presented within Dream Audience on Autopilot is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws, and is the sole property of Dream Audience on Autopilot and/or its Affiliates.

Except for a single copy made for personal use only, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content or information from Dream Audience on Autopilot in any form or by any means without prior written permission from Luan Jardine or the specific content provider, and you are solely responsible for obtaining permission before reusing any copyrighted material that is available within.

Any unauthorized use of the materials referred to may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.
